His way is not your way!


We might have a hundred plans regarding our studies, career, marriage and life in general.

You might not even have thought about outside that little bubble.

But God knows when to change things.

Things escalate within a blink of an eye and you are standing there with something that you thought you will never get or deserve.

He knows when to give what in our lives.

We just have to be patient.

He can make miracles happen.

He can move mountains in a second for you.

He will make you the cornerstone of his empire.

All you gotta do is keep fighting with faith for 

God's way is not Man's way!

The Feedback Loop from Hell.

 Mark Manson, in his New York Times Best seller book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck gives a concept called "The Feedback Loop from Hell."  This basically means that feeling an emotion over feeling the said emotion intensely for feeling it in the first place. Let's break it down. Say you feel sad about something that you want to get over, now you feel sad for feeling sad and feel sad again for not being able to get over it.  Say you are a person with temper issues and you lose your temper. Now you are angry with yourself for getting angry and, again you lose your temper over the fact that you make yourself look like a mean person.   And the cycle goes on... Manson says that today's social media culture has given birth to a belief that feeling these negative emotions is not okay, which is not true. Confessions of a girl who 'pretends'

 As a writer I feel like writing in first person is the most vulnerable thing a writer can do. I always write in third person so that people don't think that I write about me. This felt like something I needed to write as 'I'. So Here goes nothing: people know me as the tall girl with big eyes and long hair that I once had. They either think that I am confident or a bitch, both judged by the way I walk. Have received compliments almost to an extent that it feels like people don't actually mean it sometimes. BUT all this is just a facade. Seldom does anyone realise that there is a scared traumatised girl behind the mask pretending to be the strongest. All the trauma and endless pretending easily leads to insecurities. Being called beautiful isn't gonna stop you from comparing yourself to someone that the person you loved left you for. "You gotta talk it out" "Communication is key" I know blah.. blah Those are things that are easier said than done. But since people keep saying it, shouldn't there be some truth to it though?
